EMBA 507 Applied Management and Consulting This elective course is an overview on critical business issues and the practice of management: with emphasis on strategy, structure, systems, basic analytical skills, qualitative and quantitative analysis. The course aims to provide an integrated framework for founding, managing and analysing an organization, by introducing theory and practice, tools and techniques, guest speakers, cases and projects. Student is expected to acquire a clear perspective on entrepreneurship, management and consulting: for further study and industry experience.
